- 02Introduction to power electronics, Power Diode, SCR, BJT, MOSFET and IGBT, Uncontrolled and controlled rectifiers, loads, freewheeling diodes
- 03Chopper's, Inverters and AC-AC converters
- 04DC motors, operating principles, torque speed characteristics, speed control concepts, Control of DC motor using choppers and controlled rectifiers
- 05AC motors, three phase induction motors, operating principles, torque speed characteristics, speed control, single phase induction motors, synchronous motors, linear induction motors, PM synchronous motors, BLDC motors, switched reluctance motors and synchronous reluctance motors
- 06Servo motors, stepper motors and universal motors
